How to Make Black Truffle Baking Ingredients by Using Sea Salt?

Black Truffle, also called French Truffles, is among the best two or three selling salty snacks even though Black Truffle Salt itself is expensive. People just love its rich, deep earthy taste. While commonly known as Truffles, this is not a type of mushroom at all. There are three different ways to prepare black truffles. These methods depend on which variety you are eating. If you are eating fresh black truffles, then you will most likely be eating them with their shells intact. This is because sea salt dissolves in water and the shells are the way that the salt "sweats" the moisture from the food. So when you place sea salt on a dish with the shells on it, the moisture is already there.

This can be done with either a sea salt sprayer or a sea salt shaker. The first method simply places the sea salt on the dish, shakes it up, and then drains it before serving. The second method is much fancier but also messier.

You mix the dry truffle salt in a large bowl and add some warm water to make sure it "melt" into the liquid. Add sugar and cream if you prefer a smoother taste. Stir until completely smooth. Then dump in some powdered sugar and stir again until completely blended.

Now that you have your mixture, it's time to add the flavor. You have a few options here; you can use a handheld food processor, a food blender, or even a food strainer. Whichever you choose, just remember to keep the ingredients separate from one another. Now pour in the black truffle sea salt and mix until completely blended. At this point, you can either sprinkle the mixture over the cake or put it into the food processor or blender for even more intensity of flavor.

Sprinkle black truffle salt flakes over the cake mixture and then onto the tortillas. If you'd like your dessert to be spiced, sprinkle a little bit on top and let it melt a bit. Use a food strainer to get the smaller pieces of salt from your veggies. Once the vegetables are softened, sprinkle over your tortilla and bake for about twenty minutes to make the tortillas crispy.

While the black truffles are still warm, break them open with a butter knife. If you'd like a less expensive method, simply use a food processor or blender. Slowly blend in your ingredients one at a time until you have formed a smooth paste. Once this is done, spoon the mixture over your prepared base and spread it with your fingers until you reach the desired thickness. Icing the finished product is optional, however, if you would like to have a smooth and shiny surface on your cakes or cookies, Icing is what you need to do.

Now for your final step; cut the cookies or biscuits in half. Place one half of the cookie or biscuit onto the desired cookie cutter and press down firmly. You should have about a quarter-inch of un-carbed salt on each side. Press down and flip both halves over so that they are now facing out towards the sea. Remove the cookie from the pan and place onto a plate covered with a clean towel and allow them to cool completely.
